The purpose of this app is to provide NYS/NYC Tier 4 pension members a service pension estimate based on user input of retirement age (55 to 75), final average salary, and years of service (5 to 45).
The calculated pension estimate is based on a maximum retirement allowance (no option). The app does not calculate the cost of a pension option.
This app is useful for the following pension plan members: NYS ERS Tier 4, NYS TRS Tier 4, NYC TRS Tier 4 Basic, and NYCERS Tier 4 Basic 62/5.
